Competitions
Cranbrook Angling Club runs a thriving match fishing section throughout the year.
Matches are held on a wide variety of Club venues and on Rother Fishery Association rivers.
Points are awarded to the top ten weights in each match and are added up throughout the season to find the aggregate winner. There are also a few matches which are fished for specific trophies usually in memory of past members or club officers.
The matches are always an enjoyable experience; you don't have to be a serious match angler to take part. Junior members are always welcome to enter these matches as well.
