Ticehurst Water

This excellent pleasure water is a small farmers pond approximately 1/2 an acre in size with average depths of 5ft. It contains many small carp, mostly Commons, up to 10lb but mostly average 3-5lb. Roach, Rudd and Perch are also abundant in this quaint little pond. Parking is situated 50yds away just up the slope adjacent to the owners house.
